Where will my money go? Is this secure?
We use PayPal to process all our online ordering. The money is securely transferred from you to us once we finish your order. PayPal is very secure and trusted by millions of people. Never Behind never even sees or has any contact with you financial information.

What if I don’t like your designs or products?
We believe that you will not only like, but we guarantee that You will Love our Work. If you don’t feel comfortable during the designing or proofing process just let us know, and you will get you a full refund. Once you approve the estimate and we start configuring domain names and servers we may only be able to offer partial returns.

I like your work, and I want to hire you.
Can I just process a deposit without an estimate?
Yes you can. Although we prefer starting with a brief consultation. If you still wish to ‘get some skin in the game,’ we will assure you that we will not apply your deposit, until Geoff meets with you and discusses appropriate solutions that can be tailored to your business.

Sometimes the idea of websites and graphic designers scare people.

How much does a website cost?
It really depends on what you want it to do. Our most popular package is $600, with a monthly cost of $8.

Design costs can range from $100(Simple Static Site) to $2000 or more(Data Driven Web Application). The amount of Flash integrated also adds to the cost. Flash adds user interactivity, which is very important in some markets, but must be custom designed and developed for the most part.

Monthly Hosting Costs can range from $5 per month to $40 or more.

Yearly Domain Registration and Management
is $11 for registration for most domains. Never Behind offers to manage your domain for $20 per year.

How long does a website take?
It depends greatly on how we design, develop and deploy it. Our standard turn around for our most popular business package is complete in three weeks. But there are sites that can take longer, and their are ways of getting up sites much quicker. In theory we could have you up and running in minutes, but most things, such as custom design, and custom coding take days to get just right. With the use of the Project Planner you are kept in the loop all along the way.

What is the process?
There are 4 main milestones or goals in a website project.

1. Development Launch (Domain and Hosting Stuff)
2. Design (Structure, Look and Feel)
3. Pre-launch (Optimization)
4. Public Launch (Publish and Announce)

In most packages there are also two addition steps: The 1st and 6th month evaluations. At these times we pull the data from who has been accessing your site and make adjustments to increase traffic from search engines and other outside sources.
